Pineapple and Ginger IcecreamI read about this on a DIY newsgroup of all places and its inspired me to think about how I'd make this. This is the recipe from the newsgroup 4 oz Raw pineapple cut into 1/8ins cubes, dry off juice on kitchen
towel.
Use less vanilla to give a less vanilla flavbour as it'll almost be wasted. Mix together and put in freezer proof bowl, put in freezer If you use a machine then it might mash the pieces of fruit smaller.
My suggestions would include slithering the pineapple into tiny pieces - it'd be quite time consuming but you'd not be suprised by what could end up as very solid chunks of pineapple. You could try making it with canned pineapple chunks but they aren't quite as aromatic as proper pineapple.
MushroomaliniA quick pasta dish - take some pasta - any will do - cook.
Meanwhile quick fry some mushrooms and stir in a spoonfull of pesto.
Add to pasta and eat. |
